How can i curl my hair with pillow rollers without making it frizzy?

For Halloween I'm being a bumble bee. I want to curl my hair, but when I tried it yesterday it was super curly which I wanted, but also super frizzy, which I hated. How can I make this better?How can i curl my hair with pillow rollers without making it frizzy?
A smoothing cream is a great idea...or as you are putting the rollers in spray each strand lightly with hairspray. Or you can use the cream and roll it and as it dries lightly spray all over with hairspray. Great costume idea! GL:)How can i curl my hair with pillow rollers without making it frizzy?
When you get out of the shower, before you put in the rollers, use a smoothing creme in your hair. Or use a curling iron instead of rollers.
