How do you make your hair straight at the top and middle, but curly at the bottom?

I've always wanted my hair like that, straight but with big loose curls at the bottom only...

I know i'd have to straight all my hair first though. But are the curls achieved with a curling iron, or with hair rollers? How exactly do you do it also? How do you make your hair straight at the top and middle, but curly at the bottom?
try curling the bottom Wash and condition hair as directed in the manufacturer's instructions for your shampoo and conditioner.

Squeeze excess water out of your hair using a towel and comb through hair.

Apply a generous amount of straightening creme for curly hair to damp hair. Work into hair until evenly distributed.

Divide hair into three sections: top of head, middle layer and underneath portion of hair. Clip the top two sections together.

Start drying hair with the roll brush and hair dryer with concentrator attachment in place. Begin with bottom section, working in two to three inch wide pieces from one side of the head to the other. now take curler and curl the bottom strands .How do you make your hair straight at the top and middle, but curly at the bottom?
Well you see, you can do it either way.

With rolls or a curling iron. If you do rolls just leave them loose fitting and when you get them out, you finger comb your hair, just simple separation of the curls. Same thing with a curling iron, but with a curling iron you start more at the bottom, and also finger comb to give them that natural kind of look :] that should leave you with curly bottom and straight top and middle sections of hair.
split your hair into 4 parts.

Curl the bottom parts with a curling iron and while still hot brush them out lightly with your fingers.

Do the same with the top parts but only curl at the tips

Do some in and out curls to balance it all out just be sure to brush them out lightly with your fingers so they look just right. :)
I have pin straight hair so I may not be of help to you but here's what I would recommend. Straighten the part of your hair that you want straight. Then take a curling iron and curl only the bottom part of your hair. If this doesn't work try rollers or talk to your hairdresser about it he or she might also be of help to you.
Why would you want to do that?!?

Just straighten your hair thats cute!

Or curl it just alone like that!

But if You really wanna do both curl the the bottoms and straighten the top that would be better! (I think)

Well I never actually have seen it so could You post a picture of it or something?!? If you let people email you I'll email you so you can send me a picture! So yeah!
You would have to use a curling iron because rollers would make all your hair curly. just simply curl the portion of your hair that you want curly and then spray with hairspray. And unless your hair is naturally straight then you would need to straighten it.
twist the bottom part of your hair into the curler and don't touch the top and middle part of you hair
Bring the curling iron down the part of your hair you want strait, then roll it.
you use a straightner at the top then a curler at the bottom
Just curl the bottom of your hair, not the top half.

Simple.
just use the curling iron in the bottom
