How to keep hair curly, after curling it?

I've recently started to curl my hair, with rollers, but after 20 minutes they go straight. I spray them with styling spray while the rolls are in, but that doesnt make a difference.

Use styling products on your wet hair before you blow/air dry it. I use Garnier Fructis Curl %26amp; Shine Leave-In Conditioning Cream and Loreal Studio Hot Curl Spray (concentrated at the ends).


Once your hair is dry, rub a small amount of BioSilk Silk Therapy all over.


After you've curled your hair, spray it all over with a maximum hold hair spray. I use John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shining Hold Hair Spray.

depending on the lenght of your hair you will need the right curler. Long hair= big curler, medium = medium curler. Wash your hair the night before. Your hair carries something in it that makes the curls stay. before you put the curlers in spray your hair with a setting spray. Then each section you start curling spray it with spray.wrap it up in the curler. spray again. Take the blow dryer and on high heat blast that section and just keep going. Ok now your head is all wraped up in curlers give it a good spray. but dont use a cheap spray cause your curls will be like hard, you want them to flow. Take the blow dryer again blast it with cold air. Cold air sets the style. Good luck .
i have the same problem but then i discoverd that the best 2 ways to keep hair curley is to A)sleep in soft curlers them spray with hairspray in the morning. or B)curl your hair with a curling iron,spray with hair spray while hair is on iron,let hair cool then run fingers through it,then spray with hairspray again.

I have the same problem:





Apply some mousse before you curl. It's best to apply mousse when you're hair is wet. Put the rolls in and spray with hairspray. When you take them out, spray with some more hairspray. I suggest you get a curl enhancer and apply some before and/or after you curl your hair. Good look!!
you wash ur hair then add a lot of mousse and then put the rollers in after an hour take em off and spray ur hair with hair spray
ok so before you curl it rub a little mousse or styling cream through your hair and when you are done just spray like crazy =D
