Hair curling/rollers question. Please help!!?

I have foam rollers in 4 different sizes. Blue = TIGHT, SMALL curls. Yellow = Tight, not too small curls. Green = A bit looser curls, medium size. Pink = loose curls, big. They are this EXACT rollers :

My problem is that idk how to put them in so the finished product looks nice AND stays in place. Like should I just put in all sizes randomly? Big on bottom layer of hair and going smaller with the roller till top layer? Like how? Also, I find sometimes the blue (relle small one) makes the curls too small and look funny from the rest. should I just not use them? do i have enough rollers? I have 36 in total and 9 are blue. Also, how do I get them to stay all day long? On the package it says not to use hairspray while hair is in the roller, so that is not an option. Should i just take them out then hairspray? (I do it when hair is damp and sleep on them overnight) I have medium-long, layered, thick hair with slight natural wave. Please help. Thanks so much! :)Hair curling/rollers question. Please help!!?
Well it's good to wet your hair then apply some setting lotion or foam mouse to your entire hair. Then you could part your hair as if you're gonna were a mo-hawk or you can start from the back and just part your hair in small-medium sections. The back of my hair stops at my shoulders and the sides comes down to my cheeks. I always use pink and green rollers. May I also suggest that you ditch the sponge rollers and get the hard plastic ones in pink and green. I think they'll give you a more professional look. And yes I do sleep with the hard plastic rollers in my hair (beauty hurts LOL) its not that bad if you have nice soft pillows. Oh I almost forgot after you take the rollers out and your oil and you can and some after you wet it but just a little until you take the rollers out. I were this style alot. I use black rollers on my whole head and spritz them with hair spray while wet before rolling them. the black are similar in size to the green. I them wrap my hair in a scarf or handkerchief but cause my hair is so long and thick it usually takes two days for mine to dry. My does come out quite curly afterwards.
