How can i curl/wave my hair?

i know how to curl my hair with a curling iron and hot rollers but this hair style is wavy. how would i get my hair like this?

it looks like the produce of braids, when you let your hair dry while its braided, but you could try curling it, like ringlet style and combing it out a little with your fingers,
You take a straightning iron and kind of twirl it vertically. Its hard explain and kind of hard to do but it looks cute!
i wear my hair like this...it depends on your time. if you have a long time, do this: well, i straighten my hair first, to smooth it. then, i take a 1/4'; curling iron, curl the ends, and i know this sounds kinda weird, but put styling wax at the bottom and give the bottom tips you curled a light scrunch.





if you dont have alot of time, take sea salt and water, put it in a spray bottle and then spray and scrunch, and put in messy buns.
